Internet Banking
With the Internet Banking Service, Customers will be able to:
- View account details, transactions, and balances for current, savings, term deposit and loan accounts
- Make internal transfers: own accounts, third-party accounts.
- Make domestic transfers: SCR only through SEFT.
- Pay bills with registered entities
- Request chequebooks for current accounts
- Download electronic statements
- Undertake bulk salary and supplier payments (business customers only)
Both Personal and Business Customer will be able to have access to Internet Banking.
- Personal customers
Individuals accessing accounts on which they are an account holder (except joint accounts with more than one signatory mandate) - Business customers
Individuals accessing accounts to which the business account owner has given authorization for them to have access to transact. Access level and transactions initiation/authorization as per account owner:- View only
- View and Initiate transactions
- View and Authorize Transactions
- ALL of the above
Registration for the Internet Banking Service is free of charge for both Retail and Corporate Customers, however for the Corporate Customers, there will be a Subscription fee of Rs50.00 per month.
Access to Internet Banking service provides:
- Access to the money in your account at all times, anywhere in the world
- Spend less time at the Bank e.g. requesting cheque books, collecting statements, doing transfers
- Keeping track of transactions on their account e.g. revenues, cheques made, card transactions (especially can notice any unusual transactions)
